Premature Ejaculation Causes - What you can do about it.

What are the causes of Premature Ejaculation? Where does it all begin. While there are some issues that are agreed upon, others are open to debate but we will list some possible causes for Premature Ejaculation.

Masturbation

Anxiety or Stress
Anxiety or stress can really through a wrench in your love life and can be responsible for PE. Although performance anxiety can also be a cause, this is not necessarily the only anxiety we mean. General Anxiety with regards to just about anything can affect PE. The solution is try to relax, especially during the event.

Relationship problems
This can be related to Stress, but more specifically stress to do with ones relationship with their partner. The brain is an interesting organ because for some a poor relationship could cause PE where as for others it would not. This is not to be a tool used to determine if you have a bad relationship or not.

Health Issues
Sickness has been linked but usually it would only be short term. Prostate issues could result in PE or infections in parts of the reproductive system. These however are quit rare reasons.
